Compilation comic for charity fundraising.
Description
Featuring an all-star cast of comic-don and reaching beyond just the Furry Fandom, "In The Zone" was a 64 page charity comic to raise money for Michael Scot McMurry's cancer treatments, and was organized by Mike Curtis.
Including an introductory letter by Stan Lee and cover art by Stan Sakai, "In The Zone" had many pieces of art or short comics featuring McMurry's "Zonie the Coyote" character, featuring his antics, love of hot foods, or wishing Zonie's creator good health. All the content in the comic was done for free.
All proceeds from "In The Zone", after printing and shipping costs, were donated to McMurry and his family.
Michael Scot McMurry died in April of 2001.
